The Vedic Rounding technique combines a simple sequence of yoga positions (asanas) and a Vedic breathing technique (pranayama) with your current Vedic Meditation practice. The result is an 'industrial-strength' program designed to enhance the restfulness of meditation and release your deepest stressors. Any Vedic Meditator may learn regardless of time or level. No prior yoga experience is needed and accommodations can be made for any student with injuries. The workshop teaches you:
